"My dad just passed away and after living with him for over 10 years, I’m dealing with handling his estate and switching bills from his name to mine and it’s been so stressful. I was really anxious to get car insurance in my name because 1) it was just another thing that made me realize he was really gone, and 2) I was a driver on his policy and hadn’t had my own policy in over a decade. If I had just called State Farm in the first place, I could’ve skipped all the anxiety.

Alyssa was so great! I ended up getting one of my car’s full coverage, the other liability, and a scooter full coverage! After talking to her for a few mins and getting some info, she sent me estimates for liability and full coverage AND when I couldn’t talk on the phone, I was able to text her! Which was so awesome!! I’m use to National General/Direct Auto, which even with FULL coverage my policy didn’t cover if I hit a deer and only had an option to pay for an “add-on” just for me to be able to be reimbursed for a tow, which who wants to worry about paying for a tow truck after you’re in an accident?! With my new policy here, I have unlimited tow! AND I now have 24/7 roadside service!! So many things that I didn’t have with my old insurance, AND things that other insurance companies didn’t offer me without paying way more!

I feel so much better knowing I can actually go to an office in person to talk to someone if I need something. Heck, I’m sure I could just text Alyssa if I have any questions lol. I have to add at least one more vehicle in the near future, and I’ll definitely be getting the life insurance she told me about. As a smoker in my 30’s, a $100k policy for 20 years is only $29/month. That’s just $7k over 20 years, which I’m absolutely willing to pay to know that my kids and family will at least have some money to help them and make life a little easier, God forbid. I really hope this agency turns out to be as great as I think it is!"
